Payment Plans

Reading this Document is Required to qualify for our custom payment plans.

We understand how there are some crystals that speak to you, but maybe not so much your wallet. This is our way of making it a little more obtainable. We wanted to offer custom plans based on your ability to pay.

How does it work? Simple:

  • Read and agree to our Payment Plant terms.

  • Understand you will be required to pay 25% of your total as a non-refundable down payment towards your amount owed as your first payment. This will ensure that you are serious about your commitment to us, as it does take an immense amount of time, effort, and space to acquire and store your crystals until you are able to receive them.

  • Understand you will need to make the remaining payments in custom or planned increments until your balance is fully paid off.

  • You will not be able to receive your crystals until your balance is fully paid off.

  • Where do I make payments?

    • After contact with our staff you will be able to find your payment plan broken down in the arrangement amounts in our store under the Payment Plan tab.

    • You will have the option of paying any of the remaining balancing at anytime.

    • You will be able to view your remaining balance live on our site at any time.

    • Payments can be made in PayPal through our site, or in Person using the discount code: “CASH100” during checkout.

    • If paying cash, you will be required to meet up and make the cash payment before your payment will be recognized officially.

  • What happens if I miss a payment or stop making payments?

    • Our staff will make 3 attempts to reach out to you about your payments during your whole payment plan duration.

    • If we fail to reach you 3 times, your plan will be cancelled. The first 25% non refundable payment will be kept and your items will go back into our inventory.

    • Any remaining balance after the 25% will be refunded if payments were made.

    • You will no longer qualify for our payment plans in the future, but you can still shop freely as regular.

  • Can I add onto my payment plan?

    • if your account is currently in good standing and you have made the 25% non refundable down payment, then yes.

    • You will be able to start another plan after reaching a minimum of $150 in your new cart. Of which you will be required to pay 25% as a non refundable deposit and add the remaining balance onto your total plan.

    • This will extend your plans duration. You can decide if you want your first plan’s items given to your once the first balance is complete or wait until your full balance is compete before receiving any items.

  • Can I cancel my payment plan?

    • Yes, you can cancel your plan at anytime. Just reach out to us about cancellation.

    • Understand that you will lose out on your 25% down payment and you will no longer be able to apply for payment plans in the future.

    • Understand that you will not receive any items after you cancel your payment plan.
